Assistant Manager – SCM

  • Support and ensure all local sourcing & purchases of fixed assets, consumables, packing, maintenance and services, lubricants from local suppliers in a timely & cost-efficient manner.
  • Identifying key potential suppliers in the function and setting up systems to track such critical / key data from time to time, analyzing and reporting of the same.
  • Should have knowledge of Asian, Indian, Modern Indian & European cuisine ingredients.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills, use best negotiation practices across all entities.
  • Proficient in Purchase, Planning, Inventory, Logistics, Stores, supplier invoice accounting, material rejection resolution on timely manner.
  • Proven decision making & leadership skills to face up to conflicting situations.
  • Interpersonal and effective communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic with exceptional work ethics, integrity.

Skills & Qualification Required

  • Must Be MBA / Graduate
  • Must have 4-8 Years of experience in supply chain management
  • Must have experience in F&B Retail
