- Position Title : Customer Support Associates
- Line of Business : International Flight
- Qualification : Graduate, Certification/Diploma in Travel, GDS Knowledge
- Years of Experience : Min 6 months in Ticketing/Rescheduling/GDS Ques
- GDS Knowledge preferably : Amadeus or Galileo
- Preferred Industry : Travel
- Fresher’s with Diploma of GDS can also apply
- How to issue tickets on GDS/LCC Portal
- Rescheduling on GDS/LCC Portal (Voluntary Re-issuance)
- GDS Ques (Schedule Change Queries/Involuntary Re-Issuance)
- Cancellation of tickets on GDS/Portal/API
Required Skill Set
- Good command over English language
- Good knowledge of system navigation
- Customer Orientation skills
- People Handling & Soft skills.
Monthly Remuneration & Variable
- CTC : INR 18,000 (15,000 + 3000 Variable) : For Freshers’s
- CTC : INR 19,000 (16,000 + 3000 Variable) : For Exp upto 5 months in travel
- CTC : INR 20, 000 ( 17,000 + 3000 Variable) : For Exp above 6 Months in travel
Note : Variable is based on : 66% Attendance (1000), 8 hrs Log-In (1000) & 80% of C-SAT (1000).
Selected candidates will undergo 30 days of Paid training program which is subject to successful certification.
