Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Builds business byidentifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients for a Product category.

•Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.

•Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

•Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

•Analyze requirements from clients assign and have a close follow through with hiring teams.

•Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients’ expectations. 

•Coordinate with a team of recruiters and managers 

•Conducts presentations to groups, Cold calls to potential clients. 

•Create RFP (Request for Proposals) for companies and aggressive follow-up to generate clientele. 

Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.

•Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills Required

       Must have good understanding of sales process and recruitment process

•Must have excellent Presentation Skills, 

•Must be good in maintaining Client Relationships.

•Must have go getter attitude with Emphasizing excellence & Energy Level.

•Must have excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills

•Must have history of increasing sales and profitability.

•Must be creativity & independent.

•Must be ready to work as Independent contributor along with good in Sales planning.

Qualification Required

       Must have 3– 6 years of experience in Direct Sales

•Experience in Service Industry is plus.
