Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients for a Product category.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Analyze requirements from clients assign and have a close follow through with hiring teams.
  • Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients’ expectations.
  • Coordinate with a team of recruiters and managers
  • Conducts presentations to groups, Cold calls to potential clients.
  • Create RFP (Request for Proposals) for companies and aggressive follow-up to generate clientele.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills Required

  • Must have good understanding of sales process and recruitment process
  • Must have excellent Presentation Skills,
  • Must be good in maintaining Client Relationships.
  • Must have go getter attitude with Emphasizing excellence & Energy Level.
  • Must have excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills
  • Must have history of increasing sales and profitability.
  • Must be creativity & independent.
  • Must be ready to work as Independent contributor along with good in Sales planning.


Qualification Required


  • Must have 3– 6 years of experience in Direct Sales
  • Experience in Service Industry is plus.
