Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Builds business byidentifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients for a Product category.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Analyze requirements from clients assign and have a close follow through with hiring teams.
- Work closely with hiring team to ensure delivery meets clients’ expectations.
- Coordinate with a team of recruiters and managers
- Conducts presentations to groups, Cold calls to potential clients.
- Create RFP (Request for Proposals) for companies and aggressive follow-up to generate clientele.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Must have good understanding of sales process and recruitment process
- Must have excellent Presentation Skills,
- Must be good in maintaining Client Relationships.
- Must have go getter attitude with Emphasizing excellence & Energy Level.
- Must have excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills
- Must have history of increasing sales and profitability.
- Must be creativity & independent.
- Must be ready to work as Independent contributor along with good in Sales planning.
- Must have 3– 6 years of experience in Direct Sales
- Experience in Service Industry is plus.
