The position holder is responsible to achieve daily /monthly sales productivity targets by providing the finance solutions to the customers for buying consumer durable products on easy EMIs. In this role, the qualified candidate will be responsible for checking the customer’s eligibility for loan and following documentation process. In addition to this, he/she will be distributing the company’s marketing material in the given area to increase footfall in the stores.
· Represent the Home Credit brand at assignedPoint of sale and develop the relationship with Dealer
· Inform about the finance options to the walk-incustomers
· Collect & submit information /documents as per the loan process.
· Checking eligibility of theinterested customers.
· Follow-up with the interestedcustomers to complete the process.
· Distribution of marketing materialin the vicinity to increase footfall in the store.
· Handling customer queryand complaint
· Ensuring right selectionand assessment of customers.
· Maintaining customerrisk/ delinquency at the levels as per company’s benchmark.
· 10+2 pass out with 9months of experience.
