KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Accounts Receivable Accounting

• Maintain records
• Book customer payments correctly
• working on requests from customers (such as providing duplicate invoices, confirming open balances, etc.)
• Prepare an overview of open invoices, analyze and discuss with finance manager while proposing an action plan.
• Determine adequate reserve for bad debt and advise the Finance Manager on whether or not to block orders  

PERSON REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications/Experience

• 2+ years of accounting experience 
• Sufficient in English 
• Attention to detail, accuracy
• knowledge of accounting
