Job Description
Prepare financial statements such as monthly and annual accounts. Prepare financial management reports including planning and forecasting. Creating reports or offering recommendations after internal or public sector audits. Filling of income tax returns. Providing advice on tax affairs. Preparation of Annual plans, Zero Budget and rolling plans. Ensuring achievement of targeted margins/profitability of projects both on monthly and annual basis. Liaise with external and internal auditors to handle any financial irregularities that occur. Implementing systems/ procedures, conducting ageing analysis, preparing key reports to exercise financial control and enhance overall efficiency of the organization. Reviewing monthly/ quarterly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts (Receivables & Payables) and ensuring that general ledger accounts are reconciled with resolution to reconciling items. Ensuring timely billing and realizations from client/debtors. Monthly MIS and Reporting within scheduled timelines. Inventory management and controls. Working Capital and cash flow Management. Ensuring all statutory compliances with respect to PF/ESIC/GST/Royalty etc with no surprises. Hands on working experience in ERP environment. Forensic accounting to prevent and detect fraud. Maintenance of accounting records. Preparation of accounts and providing small businesses with management information.
