Job Purpose |
- Recruitment and Development of PFA , new and renewal business generation through a team of engaged PFA

Managerial Responsibilities | |
- New and vintage agent productivity

- Maintain healthy renewal business
|
Functional Responsibilities | - Co-ordination with operations for new business issuance and renewal collection
|
- Co-ordination between customer and PFA for smooth functioning of renewal collection and also for up sale and cross sale
|
- Successful implementation of different sales promotion for the PFA
|
- Coaching and mentoring intervention for the PFAS

We are hiring for leading MNC Insurance company for below mentioned 3 catogery :
Pool A -
- Age - 25 to 49 yrs
- Min. 10th pass
- Person should be LI Agent with min. 20 Number of policy live
- Income from from source other than LI as well will be add on advantage.
Pool B -
- Age - 25 to 49 yrs
- Min. 12th pass
- Entrepreneur, GI Agent, Free lancer, Own business should be included but should have strong sales background
- Self business income should be 2.5 L +
Pool C -
- Age - 27 to 45 yrs
- Gradation mandatory
- Person from agency channel from any LI company are not eligible to hire. Must have atleast two years of gap
- Required strong hard core sales background preferably insurance
- Must have earned incentives from last 3 - 6 months
CTC - 3 LPA + TA + Performance based incentives
