Description :
1)Need to implement strategies towards enhancing market penetration business volumes and growth through DSA channels.
2)Achieving the disbursement target assigned in the given period.
3)Maintaining a keen understanding of the industry trends impacting the DSA Partners.
4)Ensuring the performance of the DSA partners.
5)Managing the team and ensuring the maximum business from the DSA channel.
6)Ensuring the proper coordination with the sales, operations and CPC.
7)Proper analyzing the sourced cases from the partner channel.
8)To have the proper knowledge of product features, term and conditions & process
Ensuring the timely renewal of existing DSA & termination of agreement of non performing DSA.
9)Ensuring timely share of internal communications received through mails from Administrative Offices / Supervisors
