- Formulation of HR Policies and Implementation
- Monitoring, measuring and reporting on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and schemes.
- Contributing to the evaluation and development of HR strategy.
- Driving Performance Appraisal Management .
- Conceptualizing programmed and practices to enhance employee engagements and mitigate attrition.
- Executing strategy for the defined functional areas
- Managing and developing direct reporting staff.
- Staff welfare activities
- Statutory compliances
- Handling contractual agencies / outsource manpower.
- Resolve employees grievances

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
