Job Description

Description : LEVELUP11 (A venture of Cobaltzebra Info Technologies Private Limited) founded in 2021, is a fantasy sports platform that allows sports enthusiasts in India, to play their favorite games virtually and earn exciting cash rewards using their sports knowledge and analytical skills. Your Role: • Outlining and owning the sales strategy across sporting tournaments, celebrity experiences, to create plans in achieving the company's sales goals • Presenting the sales strategy to the CEO and founding team • Planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning • Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales team • Hire and mentor the corporate, FIT, and HNI sales team • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion • Evangelize the product and personally help close the largest deals • Manage a team that can drive business growth across all customer segments and profiles, and share accountability with the marketing function for improving the individual customer experience and strategy • Collaborate across teams - including Engineering, Product, and Marketing • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet the sales objectives • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
