• Greeting all visitors.
• Handling administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams.
• Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and sales appointments and following up with customers about their order status.
• Transferring calls as necessary
• Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment etc.
• Receiving and dispatching deliveries
• Assisting with mail as required
• Assisting management with recruitment, on-boarding and termination process.
• Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
• Doing sales calling for acquiring new customers.
