Greetings from Vidal Health TPA Pvt Ltd we are Hiring for Call Centre executives: Job Role: Handling inbound calls related to policies. Follow up with internal team for Pre-Auth cases. Convincing customer related to claims. Provide claim & Pre-Auth status to customers and hospitals. Update daily tracker to escalation team. Guide the customers about claim procedure and Pre-Auth procedure. Providing information related to corporate & individual policies. Criteria: Any Graduate or under Graduate.
Fresher or Experience
Flexible to work in shift Day shift for FEMALE. Rotational shift for MALE Salary 

Timings:
                Male – Rotational shift(Day, Mid and Night Shift) 6 days working 1 week off (Rotational shift and rotational week off) reporting manager only scheduling every week shift they are intimating to candidates through WhatsApp or Mail
                Female – only day shift no night shift (6 days working 1  week off) rotational week off (7am to 3pm, 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm, 10am to 6pm and 11am to 7pm shifts for female) reporting manager only scheduling every week shift they are intimating to candidates through WhatsApp or Mail
